| Details: | 3-5 yr old Swim Lessons(age 3-5 years) This class is designed to help children develop swimming readiness and learn basic water adjustment, safety skills and independent propulsive swimming movements. The class will be divided into different groups based on ability and technique. Prerequisites: No skill prerequisites Child must be 3-5 years of age to participate in Preschool Swimming Lessons Objectives: Become oriented to the aquatic environment Fully submerge face Experience buoyancy Enter and exit water independently Become familiar with alternating arm action Demonstrate supported floating and kicking on front and back Learn basic Water Safety Rules Become familiar with ways to get help Front Crawl, Back Crawl and breathing based on ability Participants may request refunds for programs up to three (3) business days before the program's first meeting. A $5 administration fee will be charged against your refunds for cancellations, including those due to medical problems, to cover clerical and administrative costs. There are no administrative fees charged when a program is cancelled. |
